Delivery Timeframe

At OMX Digital Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality WhatsApp chatbot websites in a timely manner. Once an order is confirmed and all required details are provided by the client, the website will be developed and handed over within 1 to 2 weeks.

Delivery Process

We offer the following delivery process:

  • The chatbot website will be delivered digitally via a secure link, email, or direct server deployment.
  • Clients will receive access credentials, documentation, and necessary integration support.
  • A final review session will be scheduled to ensure a smooth handover.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary details, including branding assets, business requirements, and any preferred integrations.
  • Respond to queries and feedback promptly.
  • Review and approve the final version before deployment.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our standard timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete information or delayed client responses.
  • Additional customization requests beyond the standard package.
  • Unforeseen technical issues or server-related dependencies.

If a delay occurs, we will notify the client immediately with a revised timeline.

Post-Delivery Support

After handover, we provide:

  • 7 days of free technical support for minor issues.
  • Assistance with WhatsApp API integration (if applicable).
  • Paid support plans for long-term maintenance and additional feature requests.

Refund & Cancellation

  • Once work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • If the project does not meet the agreed scope, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Clients must raise concerns before the final handover for resolution.
